Established in 2020, Mystery Metrics was launched by Owen Momahony, a certified Management Consultant who previously managed Inflight Product and Cabin Crew Training at British Airways.

Owen Momahony, who founded Mystery Metrics in 2020, now serves as the company’s Chairman. Sophie Grafton, with an extensive background in sales, performance, and customer experience management, has successfully led the business as Managing Director for the past 5 years.

Our headquarters are located in Devon, with an additional office in London.

We collaborate with a network of over 350,000 mystery metrics professionals to enhance customer and employee experiences.
